She has over 14 years of experience in treating complex medical conditions including but not limited to opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder/abuse, stimulant use, excessive internet usage, Covid, Endocarditis, Fever of unknown origin, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Osteomyelitis, Post-surgical infections, Skin and soft tissue infections. She is currently working in the Corrections department of state of California managing level IV patients with multiple medical comorbidities for over 10 years, Dr Vaid felt that lot of local patients in our community can benefit from her skills, She decided to form her own private practice where she would be able to spend more time with her patients. She is dedicated to an ongoing relationship between patient and physician that fosters active participation by patients in their health care decisions. She completed her Infectious Diseases Fellowship at Chicago School of Medicine in North Chicago, IL. Dr. Vaid is board certified by the American Board of Internal medicine for both Internal Medicine & Infectious Diseases. She is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu a passive speaker of Spanish. In her spare time, Dr Vaid enjoys spending time with her 3 awesome children and husband who is physician as well. She is avidly practices yoga, enjoys going for hikes and spending quality time with family and friends. She makes time for volunteering for the local Morgan Hill Community.
